About this Class

The focus of this class is on healthy Japanese cooking. Japanese cuisine is famously healthy and high in nutrition. With this class I’d like to encourage healthy, everyday cooking, that will help with your wellbeing in general.

There'll be time for Q&A's along the way and plenty of tips. Upon booking, you'll receive a link to the Zoom meeting and a Class Guide (PDF) that will contain your shopping list, tips and the recipes for you to refer to ....and scribble notes on during the class.

  • How to make a simple Kombu seaweed dashi (stock) for use in the miso soup.

  • Preparing a simple steamed vegetable side dish with sauce
