About this Class

This class is a tasty introduction to a typical, generous Japanese everyday meal. Yuki will teach you how to prepare a range of dishes such as seasonal vegetables, Japanese and main dishes using fish, meat or tofu. You will learn how to make different types of sauce, steam Japanese rice or noodles and prepare Japanese Dashi (stock) to make soup. In addition, Yuki will also cover vegetable cutting, fish preparation techniques, cutting methods and skills.

The Japanese Home Cooking class also covers how to select the best ingredients and which Japanese supplies to keep in store.
