Vegetarians already know that Tofu is healthy, but it is also very popular because tasty and enjoyable. You will be surprised by the style of each dishe. Yuki will introduce a multitude of different types of miso and explore their use in Japanese dishes. You can also taste of some types of noodle such as Soba noodle, Udon noddle.
Yuki will introduce Japanese ingredients and spices and where to find them locally. She will give you some tips for healthy eating.
Food made during the class can be be enjoyed for lunch or dinner afterwards,
