STEAMED PRAWN & TATSOI GYOZA WITH YUZU SAUCE - Cookalong

Welcome to Grow with Yakult at Yuki’s Kitchen, we are thrilled to be running these unique Cookalongs based around five, delicious Japanese vegetables or salad leaves.

Tatsoi is from the same family as Pak Choi and Bok Choi. The flowering stems are a little similar to Tenderstem Broccoli. Tatsoi is lovely to use in stir fries and great with any Asian recipes.

In this recipe, we’ll start by making gyoza skins from scratch, then the prawn and tatsoi filling, before steaming them ready for serving.
